I'm Rachel and I love being a Zumba Instructor! I've always enjoyed dancing and exercising, but the great thing about zumba is that you're having so much fun you forget that you're working out! I was a participant for 2 years before becoming an instructor. Along the way I have met some really awesome people who shared their weight lost stories or who share how much they enjoy my classes. There is nothing more rewarding then watching people having fun and staying active.
It's a great workout, you'll burn a crazy amount of calories.
